A multi function wheel balancing & truing stand. Portable design. Designed for use on almost any wheel with a 10" hub up to a 21" hub. Balancing stand has one level eye to ensure accuracy. Steel tapered cone stoppers can be used with wheels with an inside wheel bearing diameter of 16 to 30mm.
