Refund policy

All goods are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of placing your original order if you have changed your mind.

All goods must returned in unused condition in original undamaged packaging.

To arrange a return, or in the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product and need to make a warranty claim.  Please email matt@phoenixmotos.com stating your original order, the item to be returned & the reason.
