Fitment Information

This SmartCarb accepts the stock throttle cable and equips the following 125cc Beta 2-stroke dirt bikes:

• 2025 125RR X-Pro
• 2018-2024 125RR
• 2019-2025 125RR Race Edition

NOTE: Oil injected Beta motorcycles require TPS (throttle position sensor) input. Premix Beta motorcycles do not. All model years of the Beta 125RR use premixed fuel (no factory oil injection option) but recent model year Beta 125RR bikes are equipped with TPS on the stock Keihin carburetor from the factory. They do not require a TPS connection unless an oil injection kit has been installed after purchase. The wire harness TPS connector can be left disconnected and secured up underneath the tank/frame. A check light may show on the display unit when TPS is disconnected. It can be ignored or disabled per Page 3 of Beta’s Oil Injection Delete Kit Instructions (de-pinning the pink wire with purple stripe). Your local Beta dealer can provide further information on disabling the check light.

Removal of the reed spacer is advised for best fitment in Betas using larger than stock diameter rear shock springs. Shorter M6x25 Flange Bolts (4x 8mm) are included with your SmartCarb SC3 purchase.
