The all-new SC3 model SmartCarb kit is compatible with stock or modified (big bore) Kawasaki KLX140 4-stroke dirt bikes, offering crisp, clean throttle response, substantial performance gains, and unparalleled ease of use.

Choose the 26mm SC3 & Fit Kit option if replacing the stock carburetor in a stock bore KLX140. Choose the 28mm SC3 option if replacing the stock or aftermarket carburetor with similar dimensions such as the Keihin PWK28 (35mm engine-side spigot OD, 50mm filter-side spigot OD). In general we recommend the 26mm SC3 option for stock KLX140s and the 28mm SC3 option for bikes with 170-220cc+ big bore kits.

The Fit Kit option (kit components listed in the Fitment Information tab below) is required when replacing the stock carburetor. If replacing a Keihin PWK28 or similarly sized aftermarket carburetor, the Fit Kit option may be redundant. Components required to adapt the Keihin PWK28 or similarly sized aftermarket carburetors (intake, throttle cable, and airbox rubber boot) are compatible with the 28mm SC3.

Fitment Information

The 26mm SC3 and 28mm SC3 both accept the stock throttle cable. Aftermarket throttle cables that work with similarly sized aftermarket carburetors like the Keihin PWK28 are also compatible.

Fit Kit Contents Include:

• Aluminum intake flange including rubber boot, clamps, o-ring & bolts
• Airbox rubber boot w/clamp (filter-side spigot size: 44.5mm for 26mm SC3, 50mm for 28mm SC3)
