Correct Liner Fitting The liner transports the mig wire from the wire feed unit through the length of the mig torch to the contact tip where it picks up the welding current. To fit the liner unscrew and remove the liner nut at the euro connector end (wire feed end). Remove the gas nozzle and contact tip. Insert the liner fit the liner nut and cut off the excess liner flush with the tip adaptor.

Screw in the contact tip which will be tensioned against the liner to ensure no there is no gaps in the feed. If the contact tip is to tight to insert cut the liner back to suit.
