The all-new SC3 model SmartCarb kit options are compatible with stock or modified AF18/25 Honda Dios & AF27/28 Honda Super Dios, offering snappy throttle response, maximum power potential, and incredible ease of use. In general we recommend the 28mm size for Dios up to 110cc and the 36mm for Dios 110cc+

Fitment Information

SC3 model SmartCarbs require an aftermarket intake flange/manifold, throttle cable, and air filter kit. Any Honda Dio compatible intake flange/manifold, throttle cable, and air filter designed for use with the 28mm Keihin PWK or 36/38mm Keihin PWK is compatible with SmartCarbs of similar size.

The 28mm SC3 SmartCarb for Honda Dio requires a 35mm ID (inner diameter) intake flange/manifold and a 50mm ID (inner diameter) air filter (if used) for proper fitment.

The 36mm SC3 SmartCarb for Honda Dio requires a 46mm ID (inner diameter) intake flange/manifold for proper fitment. View the 36mm SC3 SmartCarb Dimensional Guide to assess fitment. Engine-side and filter-side spigot dimensions below:
